She goes by many names. Satan, The Devil, Lucifer, The Accuser, Angel of the Bottomless Pit, The Deceiver, Ruler of the Demons, Serpent of Old, The Tempter...
Oh, they could go on and on. But to better hide her true identity when she wishes for it to be hidden, the Devil takes on many forms, and right now, she has been content with this female form. When she was cast from heaven, Syndel was determined to start a war with the angels because of it. She hated anything good, and thrived off of sin, whether it was her own or others.
When a human or even any other kind of creature commits a sin in a nearby radius, Syndel feeds off of its energy as if it were food. If someone feels anger or lust, for instance, such emotions fuel her and add to her power. She won't usually admit it, but those are two of her favorite deadly sins.
Syndel currently resides in Amory, though her true home rests in the Circles of Hell, which are realms of the underworld nesting demons and other horrific beasts. And how does one get to hell?
Well, she has a portal she created that is well-hidden in the club that she owns, which is also a slave shop. Crimson Orchid is a popular hit among masters with dark fetishes, where sex is openly displayed and dominatrixes toy with the clients. But in Syndel's personal office is where the portal is kept, in the form of a 5x7 picture frame that hangs on the wall. Touching the center of its damask pattern will guide the individual through the portal and drop them off at the Gates just before River Styx.
